Nokia to launch Windows RT tablet to take on Microsoft Surface RT?

The Finnish smartphone manufacturer, Nokia, is expected to launch a Windows RT tablet to take on Microsoft Surface tablets. The tablets are expected to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2013, which will happen towards the end of February.
According to rumours, the Nokia's Windows RT tablet will have HDMI and USB ports along with a 10.1-inch display similar to the Microsoft Surface RT’s screen. The Nokia tablet will also boast of cellular connectivity and will be available via AT&T first in the US.
To provide better battery life, the Nokia Windows RT tablet will come with a battery-equipped cover. Nokia is also expected to release a special cover that envelops the tablet like a book. Clicking the device into place, the cover provides a keyboard and a kickstand for the tablet, something we have seen with the keyboards available for the Surface. The keyboard cover also houses an additional battery, to add extra juice to the tablet once it runs out.
The Verge claims that the Nokia Windows RT tablet itself will have a 10-hour battery capacity with fast charging that boosts the battery capacity to 50 percent in a short period of time. The Verge also claims that only a few tablets running Windows RT will launch initially, with a potential of Windows 8 powered tablets launching there after.
